Setia Federal Hill is a 52-acre, fully integrated mixed-use masterplan located on Jalan Bangsar. Built on a foundation of urban sustainability, the development will feature a collection of world-class commercial and lifestyle offerings – anchored around a lush 5-acre central park.
Our work included a full strategic positioning and branding exercise, centred on ‘Everyday Extraordinary’ a directive to shape decisions and make the routine, special across all the complexities of the precincts planning and communication.
